These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of rehparto.com and our prepared-food ordering and delivery services (the “Services”). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2) Service Area; How to Verify; Delivery Schedule & Cutoffs
Where we deliver:
We deliver only within restricted zones of Wenatchee (Chelan County) and East Wenatchee (Douglas County). Until we enable automated address validation, there is no software checker at checkout. Customers must confirm their address is inside our service area before ordering by reviewing the service-area map images on the “About Us” page (look for the shaded zones). If your drop-off location is outside the shaded boundary—or on the boundary line—we will not deliver to that address.

Delivery days & window:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
Actual times may vary due to route, weather, traffic, access, or safety conditions.
Order cutoffs:
For Monday delivery: order by Saturday 6:00 p.m. PT.
For Wednesday delivery: order by Monday 6:00 p.m. PT.
Holidays / extraordinary events: If a delivery day falls on a holiday or conditions prevent safe delivery, we may reschedule to the next available delivery day or issue a credit/refund per Section 9.
3) Order Minimum & Unmet Minimum Policy
Order minimum: Each order must include at least five (5) items.
If the minimum is unmet: If you place an order with fewer than 5 items, you must add the missing items before the next scheduled delivery date (and before the applicable cutoff). If you do not meet the minimum by the cutoff, your order will not be delivered and we will issue a partial refund equal to 30% of the checkout amount, with the remaining 70% retained as a production/administrative fee to the extent permitted by law.
4) Ordering; Availability; Substitutions
Ordering: Your order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. We may accept, reject, or limit orders at our discretion (e.g., due to availability or service-area constraints).
Availability & substitutions: If an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel and refund that item (no substitutions by default).
Descriptions & imagery: We strive for accurate item descriptions and images, but minor variations in appearance, portioning, or packaging may occur.
5) Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Prices: Item prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
Taxes: We collect Washington retail sales tax using destination-based sourcing at the delivery address rate. Any required bag fees or similar charges (if applicable) may also be taxable and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery fee: Delivery is free within our service zones. We may introduce or change fees with notice on the site and/or at checkout.
6) Payment & Billing (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total and applicable taxes/fees at checkout.
We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Payments are subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policies.
If a charge is declined, we may cancel your order.
7) Delivery; Proof of Delivery; Risk of Loss; Access
Access: Provide an accurate, deliverable address and any needed access info (gate codes, building entry). If we cannot safely access the delivery location, see Section 9.
Proof of delivery: We always capture a timestamped photo at drop-off. Photo/time data may serve as proof of delivery.
Drop-off: Unless otherwise noted, deliveries are contactless and may be left at your door or designated drop area.
Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to your provided address or designated drop area. After drop-off, you are responsible for promptly retrieving, refrigerating, and handling food items safely.
8) Promotions, Credits & Gift Cards
We may offer promotions, store credits, or gift cards. Unless otherwise stated, they are limited-time, non-transferable, may not be combined, and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law). Additional terms may apply to each offer.
9) Cancellations, Failed Delivery & Refunds
Customer cancellations: You may cancel before the applicable cutoff (Section 2). If you cancel after the cutoff, preparation may already be underway and refunds may be unavailable or limited to 30% at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law.
Unmet minimum (Section 3): If you fail to meet the 5-item minimum by the cutoff, no delivery will occur and you will receive a 30% refund, with the balance retained as a production/administrative fee.
Failed delivery / inaccessible address: If we cannot complete delivery due to an inaccurate address, unsafe conditions, lack of access, or no secure drop location, we may (i) attempt contact, (ii) reschedule to the next delivery day (a redelivery fee may apply), or (iii) cancel and issue a partial refund up to 30% at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law.
Quality issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. For missing, damaged, or spoiled items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If we verify an issue, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary by bank.
10) Food Safety; Allergens
Keep perishable items refrigerated promptly after delivery and follow any storage/heating instructions provided. We are not responsible for food safety once items are delivered and reasonable time has elapsed for retrieval.
Our kitchen may handle common allergens (e.g., wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts). Cross-contact can occur. If you have severe allergies, please use discretion. We do not customize or guarantee allergen-free orders.
11) Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including menus and photos, text, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by Rehparto or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
12) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
AS IS: Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehparto and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; rights vary by state.
13) Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (Douglas County, WA)
Agreement to arbitrate: You and Rehparto agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court. Seat/venue:Douglas County, Washington. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
Rules & forum: Arbitration will be administered by AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. If AAA is unavailable, the parties will select a comparable provider.
Class/jury waivers: Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. Jury trial is waived.
Small claims option: Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court in Douglas County, WA, instead of arbitration.
Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@reparto.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email, name, and address.
Injunctive relief: Either party may seek temporary or preliminary relief in court to protect rights pending arbitration.
14) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, power/Internet failures, or similar events.
15) Platform Notice
Our website is built on Hostinger Website Builder and may rely on its hosting/CDN and security infrastructure.
16) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update these Terms or the Services at any time (for example, to reflect operational changes, new features, or legal requirements). If changes materially affect your rights, we will post an updated Effective date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
17) Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy (see rehparto.com). It explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
