Reheat & serve:
Warm the proteins/beans:
Microwave: Beans and tinga in separate bowls, covered, 45–90 sec each; stir and heat to 165°F.
Stovetop: Small pan over medium, 2–4 min to 165°F.
Re-crisp the sopes shells:
Skillet/comal (best): Dry pan on medium-high, 1–2 min per side until hot and lightly crisp.
Oven: Directly on rack or sheet, 350°F for 4–6 min.
